Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Produktion och lager
Vårt största behov av sommarvikarier är inom vår produktion. För att vara kvalificerad ska du ha minst gymnasiekompetens, gärna med teknisk inriktning (process, styr- och reglerteknik, kemi, maskin). Arbetet inom produktion är förlagt till såväl dagtid som skift. Som person skall du vara praktiskt lagd och tycka om lagarbete, men även kunna ta egna initiativ för att lösa problem. Du måste ha B-körkort. Det är meriterande med truckkort.


Laboratorietjänster
För våra laboratorietjänster söker vi dig som har påbörjat en universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis kemi eller kemi-och processteknik. Arbetet är framförallt förlagt till dagtid. Vi värdesätter personliga egenskaper såsom samarbetsförmåga, självständighet och flexibilitet.

Om tjänsten
Syftet med befattningen är att leda arbetsgruppen och avdelningen samt projektleda sitens årliga underhållsstopp. Som chef skall du leda och samordna alla avdelningens uppdrag så att de kan utföras på bästa möjliga sätt avseende HSE, kvalitet och effektivitet. Du har budget- och personalansvar för avdelningen.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:
Ta fram och löpande förbättra och säkra visuella och effektiva arbetsprocesser för dina medarbetare.
Arbeta för att verksamheten bedrivs mot fastställda mål.
Kommunicera mål, göra delmål och handlingsplaner tillsammans med egen personal och följa upp mål med personal.
Coacha och utveckla personalen, se till att avdelningen levererar resultat och stödja överenskomna utvecklingsbehov hos personalen.
Ansvara för att i god tid upprätta underhållsplaner utifrån de lagda planerna och aktivitetslistor som förankras med berörda funktioner.
Ansvar för sitens underhållsstopp med ca 400 medverkande personer.
Budgetansvaret för sitens TA i rollen som Project Manager
Samordning av stoppjobb och andra jobb med driften, gatekeeper, planerare/beredare på underhåll.
Balansera behovet av daglig effektivitet mot långsiktig planering för exempelvis underhållsstoppen genom ett strukturerat och systematiskt arbetssätt.
Verka för att leverantörer arbetar på ett säkert och riskmedvetet sätt där säkerhet är högt upp på Nouryons agenda.
Genomföra riskanalyser, för att förebygga farliga händelser, i samband med genomförande av tillverkning och underhåll.
Aktivt delta i och driva säkerhetsarbetet inom siten.
Aktivt delta i och driva förbättringsarbete inom underhåll och internt på siten
Vara med och utveckla standardiserade arbetsprocesser inom Underhåll

We are pleased to be able to offer the exciting vacancy of Supply Chain Manager DSR for Industrial, Construction & Agricultural Specialities, within the Performance Formulations division, Sweden. This newly-created role will have the crucial responsibility of leading the the weekly demand and supply review process (DSR) within the Business Planning team.
The DSR process is focused on the short term (0-3 month) and as such this central role, right at the heart of Integrated Business Planning will be making decisions that have a direct impact on the successful delivery of the business plan, ensuring that we meet our objectives.
In order to effectively drive the process, you will need to manage deviations to the plan, ensure transparent inputs and outputs and coordinate actions and clearly communication throughout, to all stakeholders.
You will create, build consenus around and communicate a detailed short term demand plan based on our constrained forecast but supplemented with your additional expertise to incorporate short-term opportunities and other incremental volumes based on statistical analysis. To embed the detail of the plan within the supply plan you will also break down monthly ongoing demand into more granular weekly/daily schedules.
Main responsibilities
Demand Actual/Forecast:
o Analyze and manage the forecast and compare with historical sales history 0-3 months.
o Facilitate disaggregation of rough-cut plan to daily and weekly execution with supply planners and commercial team.
o Align with Demand Manager on the 3 months execution plan with proposed gap closing measures. To include all constrained global demand at material/Ship To Customers, aggregated as necessary to ensure assumptions are being achieved weekly.
o Manage all exceptions to the demand forecast and clarify actions & gap closing measures for any deviations the agreed plan.
o Secondary work product is also a detailed demand history (actual) that can be aligned to forecast for comparison and context.
o Weekly reporting on DSR scorecard.
Stakeholder Management:
o Coordinate the execution of the demand plan with responsible sales teams and customer services teams, effectively managing any exceptions with supply capability.
o Work with Supply Planning teams, Product Directors, Business Line VP’s and Regional Sales Managers on deviations to plan and gap closing measures.
Forecast Segmentation and Statistical Forecast Models:
o Support the demand planning manager to realize forecast segmentation to identify materials applicable to collaborative forecast and products that require market information. Re-evaluation at least annually to ensure correct forecast segment. Maintenance in both SAP and Arkieva (S&OP; software).
SAP master data:
o Maintenance of Arkieva master data (re-alignments) relating to the forecast, executing & material routing and extension process.
Power User Arkieva:
o Act as a project leader or participant in demand management projects. Focus in these projects is on SAP and Arkieva changes. Scope includes the management of external expertise.
o Create material for training of users of Arkieva. Carry out training of relevant personnel to support continuous improvement (Planners, Sales Managers, Customer Service etc.).
Business Planning

We are now seeking a Senior Researcher to Nouryon Performance Formulations in Stenungsund.
As a Senior Researcher in the team you will combine your knowledge within chemistry and practical organic synthesis with a customer focus to serve internal and external customers. The job supports a several areas of the business and you will develop and scale up new products, trouble shoot urgent plant problems as well as support trials at customers. Additional responsibilities within this role are also general tasks associated with maintaining a well-functioning lab, such as purchasing of chemicals, developing SOPs, and performing regular safety rounds.
Main responsibilities
Act as an expert in organic synthesis as the role holder will significantly contribute to solving complex problems related to new product development, process optimizations, customer complaints, trouble shooting in the plant etc
Run assignments in accordance with prioritizations both for internal and external customers, and interpret the results. Report the results according to the routines in the management system.
Be a core team member in Accolade projects in agreements with segment leaders.
Take an active part both in the autoclave lab and in the pilot plant by contributing to HSE, 5S, Capex investments relating questions. The position holder is also to proactively propose changes that promotes safety, quality, reliability and efficiency.



Qualifications
M.Sc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equal education
5-7 years of experience from the chemical industry and relevant field
A strong emphasis will be put on practical organic synthesis skills where a proven track record of hands-on practical synthesis work is required
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish, additional languages are an advantage

Produktion och lager
Vårt största behov av sommarvikarier är inom vår produktion. För att vara kvalificerad ska du ha minst gymnasiekompetens, gärna med teknisk inriktning (process, styr- och reglerteknik, kemi, maskin). Arbetet inom produktion är förlagt såväl dagtid som skift. Som person skall du vara praktiskt lagd och tycka om lagarbete men även kunna ta egna initiativ för att lösa problem. Du måste ha B-körkort. Det är meriterande med truckkort.
Laboratorietjänster
För våra laboratorietjänster söker vi dig som har påbörjat en universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis kemi eller kemi-och processteknik. Arbetet är framförallt förlagt dagtid. Vi värdesätter personliga egenskaper så som samarbetsförmåga, självständighet och flexibilitet.
Administration
De administrativa arbetsuppgifterna omfattas bland annat av ekonomi, order/avrop och kundservice. Arbetet är framförallt förlagt dagtid. Dessa tjänster kräver goda kommunikationsfärdigheter och hög servicekänsla. Erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter samt kunskaper i SAP är meriterande. Vi ser gärna att du har påbörjat universitets- eller högskolestudier och har ett par år kvar att studera.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Ansvara för att på ett självständigt och opartiskt sätt utföra analysarbete för EO-fabriken och miljökontrollen.
Upprätthåller ackrediterings- och kvalitetssystemet genom utförande av analyser samt att dessa håller god kvalitet. Detta arbete är avgörande för att behålla ackrediteringen för EO-labb. I samråd med laboratorieingenjör miljö ansvara för åtgärder och avvikelserapportering.
Ansvarar för daglig rapportering av utsläppsnivåer, genom miljömail och tillbud, för produktion EA/EO samt siten.
Aktivt arbete med att säkerställa labbutrustningens funktionalitet och duglighet.
Rapportera resultat i MES (Manufaturing Execusion System) samt upplärning av personal i detta system. Även supporta arbete och problemlösning.
Ansvara för att utföra provtagning, analys och rapportering av; procesströmmar, EO lager, leveranser, samt quench- och pannvatten och miljöprover på site.
Tolka provresultat och vidta korrigerande åtgärder vid avvikelser. Fortlöpande revidering av rutiner och instruktioner. Revideringsansvarig för aldehydbefattningens dokumentation.
Aktivt arbeta med förebyggande underhåll, kontroll och kalibrering av analysutrustning och övrig labbutrustning enligt rutin och i samråd med laboratorieingenjör miljö. Vid behov kontakta lämplig intern/extern support.
Enligt rotationschema arbeta med positionerna på EO laboratoriet (MEG/Aldehyd) och hålla sig uppdaterad på tillhörande rutiner och arbetssätt, se bilaga 1 och 2.

Kvalifikationer
Grundläggande laboratorieutbildning och kunskap i analytisk kemi eller motsvarande kompetens skaffad genom arbetserfarenhet.
Förmåga att arbeta självständigt.
Förmåga att utvärdera metoder, resultat och arbetsprocesser för att driva förbättringsinitiativ.
Noggrann och analytisk.
Högt säkerhetstänk.
God kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga mot externa och interna kunder.
Goda kunskaper i både engelska och svenska.
God datavana i Microsoft Office.
Kunskaper i MES.

We are now seeking our next colleague, a Laboratory Engineer, within Nouryon Performance Formulations, Sweden. As Laboratory Engineer, you main area of responsibility is within new and existing product development in the Product Chemistry group. The candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and developing the equipment of the Product Chemistry department, with a strong focus on autoclaves and similar types of reactors. With a long experience in practical lab equipment maintenance, the candidate is also able to suggest and independently implement improvements. The role is placed in a group of 6 researchers and is part of a dynamic work of taking new products from the idea stage to finished multi-ton batches with many stake-holders along the way.
Main responsibilities
Act as an expert in process chemistry related tasks and questions in relations to new product development and research, process optimizations, customer complaints as well as in trouble shooting in the plant
Responsibility of equipment and instruments with the aim to maintain modern and efficient facilities that fulfil quality demands and HSE legislations.
Run assignments in accordance with prioritizations both for internal and external customers, and interpret the results. Report the results according to the routines in the management system.
Independently maintain autoclaves and run reactions in glassware and autoclaves, and assist in reactions in the pilot plant.

Qualifications
B.Sc or M. Sc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field with 5-7 years of documented experience
Minimum 5 years of documented experience of practical laboratory skills and/or pilot work.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
Good track record of project leadership

Main responsibilities
In the role as Customer Service Representative you will fulfill the “Order To Cash” cycle for all assigned orders. You will ensure that the processing and monitoring is managed in accordance with agreed terms in order to optimally serve customer needs.
Order to Cash
Responsible for the timely execution of Order To Cash process for personally assigned customers using SAP.
Contribute in the order handling for all other customers served by the Customer Service Team, whenever needed in a backup roll.
Servicing customers in line with service-levels defined by the company, such as:
Service related to customer segmentation, lead-times, product availability, demand & supply plan, quality and coordination/booking of transport & logistics.
Communicate in a professional way with the customers about requests not met as well as upcoming deviations from what has been agreed.

Qualifications
Theoretical education at minimum High School level in the area sales, trade, administration and/or logistics/distribution.
Minimum 1-3 year work experience in a relevant professional area.
Fluent in written and spoken English. More languages preferred.
Good IT knowledge, SAP preferred.
Good communicative and interpersonal skills, service minded and positive.
Good knowledge in terms and conditions relevant to order process

We are now seeking a Supply Planner within Intermediates, Performance Formulations, Sweden. Responsibilities within this role includes management and maintenance of the supply plan with the purpose to balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities as well as raw materials requirements to ensure orders are fulfilled. Further responibilites includes the deployment of supply planning processes and to determine the stock replenishment strategy as well as to manage the inventory targets for the product line by ensuring effective translation of demand inputs (forecast and sales orders) into an achievable plan for the product line within EMEA.
You will be part of an international team supporting a Global business. The producing sites are located in Stenungsund and Ningbo, China. We are right now in a phase where we are developing and implementing new standard processes and tools. You need to like dynamics and changes.
Main responsibilities
Supply Plan:
o Develop mid and short term supply plan to EMEA sites using Rough Cut Capacity Planning to validate capabilities.
o Initiate and execute short- and medium-term supply optimization from given customer demand, plant cost and capacity structure, and communicate to the organization.
o Develop and provide plants with weekly/monthly supply plan.
o Evaluate business opportunities with the help of an optimization tool (Arkieva and DSR tool).
o Develop inventory stocking policies and ensure that they are followed for produced products or trade goods down to SKU level including safety stock levels and order quantities.
o Monitoring of process order On Time, In Full (OTIF) and CRIT metrics will be required to assess quality of plan.
Stakeholder Management:
o Coordinate the execution of the supply plan with the responsible ISC organization, effectively managing any exceptions with demand forecasts.
o Work collaboratively with the ISC Organization to ensure key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities are reflected within the forecasts.
o Actively communicate situation on blocked stock to the ISC organization.
o Work collaboratively with Demand Manager and Demand Controller to ensure effective demand and supply balancing within the short- and medium-term horizon (IBP and DS.
Inventory Segmentation and Supply Network Optimization Models:
o Determine the most appropriate inventory replenishment models that balance service, cost, and inventory based on the objectives of the business using Arkieva Inventory Module.
o Use Arkieva supply module for network optimization within the EMEA region to determine the most efficient supply plan to fulfill the customer requirements. Provide input to the global BP function for global network optimization.
SAP mrp and master data:
o Maintenance of Arkieva master data (plant assignments) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process.
o Maintenance of SAP master data (replenishment parameters and Planning rates) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
o Supports preparation and facilitation of EMEA Site Supply Management Reviews (SMR’s).
? Development of RCCP for work centers within EMEA.
? Collection and summarization of inventory forecasts and forecast accuracy.
? Collection and summation of system (customer, in transit and in plant) inventory.
? Monthly collection, analysis and distribution of inventory, forecast and accuracy analysis.
? Provide Site SMR output and escalate relevant issues to Global Product Line SMR.
o Provide input to the Demand Management Review (DMR) in developing forecasting strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Improvement Suggestions:
o Actively drive improvement of planning/scheduling related activities.
o Manage specific supply planning projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
APICS CPIM or CSCP is preferred.
Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes.
Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system), Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) or Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software) is preferred.
Strong communication skills; able to communicate with all functional levels within the business.
Excellent analytical skills.
Process driven attitude and results orientated.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Highly proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Access; SharePoint).

We are now seeking a Supply Chain Manager DSR, Industrial Specialities, Performance Formulations, Sweden. Within this role, you are responsible to facilitate the weekly demand and supply review process (DSR) within the Business Planning team. The DSR process is short cycle (0-3 month) and is the process to manage deviations to the tactical implementation of the approved business plan. You are leading the process; ensure transparent inputs and outputs and coordinate actions and communication to address deviations to plan within business lines, supply chain and other functions. This requires job holder to create, communicate and agree on a disaggregated (sku level) short term demand plan (0 to 13 weeks) – based on the constrained plan but pulling in short term opportunities and based on input from sales and historic sales data, using statistical analysis to forecast data. Also break down monthly bucket demand into weekly/daily demand. Monitors daily sales to inform and escalate actions when demand is short or exceeds the forecast. Monitors plant execution and is aware of schedule compliance deviations at the manufacturing sites, issues with raw material procurement or logistics, and is responsible to escalate when there are deviations and coordinates gap closing measures cross-functionally. Ensure DSR is properly monetized into a 3-months forecast with finance at a product line and business line level.
Main responsibilities
Demand Actual/Forecast:
Analyze and manage the forecast and compare with historical sales history - Time period of relevance is frozen 0 to 3 months.
Facilitate disaggregation of rough-cut plan to daily and weekly execution with supply planners and commercial team.
Align with Demand manager on the 3 months execution plan with gap closing measures and escalations for approval for the constrained global demand at material/Ship To Customers, aggregated as necessary to ensure assumptions are being realized weekly.
Manage Demand exceptions and make transparent actions and gap closing measures for deviations to plan.
Secondary work product is also a detailed demand history (actual) that can be aligned to forecast for comparison and context.
Weekly reporting on DSR scorecard.

Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate the execution of the demand plan with responsible sales teams and customer services teams, effectively managing any exceptions with supply capability.
Work with Supply Planning teams and Product Directors on plan deviations and gap closing measures.

Forecast Segmentation and Statistical Forecast Models:
Support as participant the demand planning manager to realize forecast segmentation to identify materials applicable to collaborative forecast and products that require market information. Re-evaluation at least annually to ensure correct forecast segment. Maintenance in both SAP and Arkieva.

SAP master data:
Maintenance of Arkieva master data (re-alignments) relevant for the forecast, executing and material routing and extension process.

Power User Arkieva:
Act as a project leader or participant in demand management projects with a minor (financial) impact. Focus in these projects is on SAP and Arkieva changes. Scope includes the management of external expertise.
Create material for training of users of Arkieva. Carries out training of relevant personnel to support continuous improvement (Planners, Sales Managers, and Customer Service etc.).

Business Planning:
Provide input to the Supply Management Review (SMR) and Demand Management Review (DMR) with historical performance and deviations to consider in long term plan. This will support improving bias and planning factors.
Facilitate the Demand Supply Review (DSR) to drive tactical implementation of the approved plans. Improve short-term demand plan and short-term communication.

Improvement Suggestions:
Propose tools and structures for the improvement of short-term demand plan, DSR process and communication with IBP, and, after consultation the BP Manager, implements these structures.
Manage specific Supply Chain projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in supply chain management (or equivalent).
APICS CPIM is desirable.
At least 5 years of documented experience in demand and supply planning.
Extensive experience with IBP/S&OP;.
Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) and Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software). Experience with Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) is advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work. You also possess the ability to work efficiently as well as independently and you know how to prioritize in your daily work. We are now seeking our next Business Planning and Supply Chain (BP&SC;) Manager supporting out Industrial Specialities Business, at Nouryon Performance Formulations in Stenungsund. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are interested in joining a fast paced, profitable and sustainable company. The BP &SC; Manager leads the deployment and operation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for the business and acts as the business interface between end markets and operations. This role will work to ensure the accuracy and complete coordination of market demand forecasts and manufacturing capacities (including site operations, vendors, logistics, and toll manufacturers). Further, the IBP program will integrate the existing work streams of Market Development, R&D Product Portfolio, Demand and Supply Planning, Asset Strategy, and financial planning to create a single view of the business performance against our financial aspirations. The BP&SC; Manager will drive functional accountability to create alternative scenarios to consistently refine the plan to align to our financial aspirations. It is a key strategic partnership with the business.
Main responsibilities
Implementation of Business Planning Program:
Integration and alignment of the Marketing, R&D, Sales, ISC, and Finance calendars, processes, and tools.
Alignment and integration with Controllers and Financial Planning & Analysis for budgeting and financial processes
Participating in shaping Supply and Demand Planning strategies, capabilities and processes to improve integration and performance
Development, deployment, implementation, post-implementation and exploitation of harmonized processes (product/project, demand, supply, integrated reconciliation, and management reviews), systems and program, across all business and functions in alignment with strategy.
Business Planning drives the development and execution of an Integrated Plan making IBP the primary process used by the leadership team to align, integrate and synchronize the plans for the business
Incorporate strategic planning and budgeting cycle. Integrate the financial plan (Budget), the financial forecast (RF/ LE), sales and marketing plans, and operations plans; linking strategic, operational and financial goals.

Running the Business Planning Program:
Drive the 5 Year Strategy annual program, IBP monthly program, and DSR weekly program
Ensure proper, efficient reporting and analysis on Business Planning performance towards stakeholders
Partner with the Business Line leaders and the ISC leaders to ensure aligned priorities and continuous improvement of processes
Drives cross functional process improvement to achieve excellence, via process assessment tools and continuous improvement plan
???????Holds the functional leaders accountable to deliver on KPIs
- Improve the reliability of the Forecast
- Improve OPI through increased Sales revenue and Production Output
- Increase Customer Satisfaction through OTIF
- Improve OWC by reducing Inventory

Ensure alignment in ALPS Plan workstream and works together on process development and defining standards.
Maintains the effectiveness of the future organization by coaching and developing the planning organization to create future leaders.

MSc degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years of documented experience within Supply Chain
Good understanding of the Commercial and Integrated Supply Chain functions
Demontrated business acumen and able to grasp market trends
Minimum 3 years of documented leadership experience
Project management experience as project lead in small or medium sized projects.
Solid understanding of main functional end-2-end processes e.g. Sales Process, Order to Cash.
Highly skilled in L6S methodologies and tools, process development and change management experience, (L6S Black Belt qualification is preferred.)
Preferred: Experienced implementing and operating S&OP; and/or IBP
Preferred: Working knowledge of SAP, systems and processes
Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably also in Swedish.

Stakeholder Management:
Work collaboratively with the Sales Managers to ensure key assumptions on anticipated market movements and commercial strategy are reflected within the forecasts and coordinate and ensure execution of the demand plan with responsible sales and customer service teams.
Actively communicate situation on slow moving products / discontinued products to the Sales Managers

Forecast Segmentation and Statistical Forecast Models:
Realize forecast segmentation to identify materials applicable to collaborative forecast and products that require market information. Re-evaluation at least annually to ensure correct forecast segment.
Determine the model that fits best to the business patterns. Assures that new product/plant combinations are assigned the relevant statistical model.

Power User Arkieva:
Acts as a project leader or participant in demand management projects with a minor (financial) impact. Focus in these projects is on SAP and Arkieva changes. Scope includes the management of external expertise.

Business Planning
Supports preparation and facilitation of Demand Reviews
Provide input to the Supply Management Review (SMR) in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Co-leads the Demand Supply Review (DSR) to drive tactical implementation of the approved plans.

Improvement Suggestions:
Propose tools and structures for the improvement of the planning function and, after consultation the IBP Manager, implements these structures.
Manage specific Supply Chain projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.


Qualifications
B. Sc or M Sc Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
Minimum 3 years of documented experience in a similar role preferably in a chemical or FMCG industry
Highly proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Access; SharePoint)
High knowledge with SAP (or equivalent ERP system), Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) or Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience from Project Management is an advantage
Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes

We are now seeking our next Tolling Operations Lead EMEA, Nouryon Performance Formulations in Stenungsund to lead our tolling (contract manufacturing) operation in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for running the monthly supply-planning process, translate the demand- and capacity situation into planning strategies as well as to work out appropriate planning parameters together with tolling coordinators to meet customer demand and optimize inventory and capacity utilization. You will be required to balance working capital with business demands and keep a longer-term view of the capacity in the tolling operations.
Main responsibilities
In the role as Tolling Operation Lead, you will run the Integrated Business Planning process with the output of production plans that satisfy the customer demand at lowest possible cost, within the time horizon 24 months. The position requires both a deep knowledge about planning, products, customers and production assets, but also a high level of people management due to the large number of collaboration-partners and the management of the tolling coordinators
Responsible for the monthly Tolling Site Management Review for EMEA (Getting capacity info, run and analyze capacity scenarios, prepare supply reports, execute and document Supply Meetings). Ensures there are no capacity or other challenges in the 3-24month horizon from tolling operations.
Responsible for managing the 0-3-month horizon of tolling operations in coordination with the tolling coordinators. Also, taking supply related decisions where needed in consultation with the stakeholders. Moreover, responsible for maintaining the correct stocking policies in SAP in line with business targets. Key responsibility to ensure no business interruptions caused by tolling operations
Translates demand and capacity situation into strategies for scheduling and keeps SAP-master data updated with strategy-information.
Tracks departmental KPIs and ensures action plans are in place to maintain the required level of performance
Maintains the planning control parameters and review them periodically based on data analysis. Ensures BOMs, Recipes, vendor info, pricing info etc is maintained for all the tollers/vendors
Coordinates schedulers, tolling coordinators, logistics, and sales/csr to resolve availability issues that have been escalated.
Provides direction to the tolling coordinators on day to day issues as well as the development of skillset within the team. Exerts influence in the matrix organizational setup. Acts as a backup in case of no available resources.
Follows up and implement actions to improve inventory as well as delivery performance.
Proposes improvements to the supply planning, scheduling and tolling processes as well as ensures adherence to the processes
Ensure processes are documented and continuous improvement focus in maintained within the tolling operations
Review performance of tollers on a regular frequency while keeping track of their KPIs
Supports new tolling initiatives as the supply manager for the tollers.
Participate in different improvement projects

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Logistics or Materials Management with at least 5 years’ experience in Logistics or Planning
One (1+) years in Chemical Manufacturing preferred
CPIM and Six Sigma Certifications a plus
Proven working knowledge of material usage, transportation, logistics and planning systems
Experience in managing teams
Fluent in written and spoken English. More languages preferred.
Good IT knowledge, SAP preferred. Proficient in Excel
Service-oriented and a problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
