We are looking for a new HR Business Partner to our site in Stenungsund.

In your future role as HR Business Partner you will
Be a full member of the leadership team of the business you support and work closely together with leaders and other support functions.
Coach and collaborate with executives and business leaders to resolve business challenges.
Manage the local labor relations and create stable and collaborative relations with the local unions.
Guide leaders at all levels on people matters such as total rewards, labor relations and employment law, strategic workforce planning and organizational strategies, people capabilities, talent retention and talent acquisition.
Execute hands-on operational tasks and make sure to independently drive and implement decisions using available resources.
Deliver on HR policies, processes and practices focusing on continuous improvement and improved execution. Perform global HR tasks which require local support.
Implement and deliver tasks and objectives based on local Total Rewards needs and in line with our Total Rewards strategy.
Manage and lead defined projects to drive continuous improvement relating to our People strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Extensive HR generalist experience, including working with labor relations and collective agreements.
HR experience from a manufacturing/blue collar environment.

Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a Toxicologist for Nouryon’ s Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs EMEIA department. In this role, you will provide support, knowledge and solutions in connection with testing for regional (EMEIA) substance registrations, exposure scenario development, risk assessments and new product development in the field of human toxicology. The position requires a in depth knowledge in the regulatory field but also a high level of social skills to maintain the necessary network and contacts with a large number of internal and external collaboration-partners.
Main responsibilities
Contribute with toxicological expertise to product safety and compliance work
Commission, monitor and validate GLP compliant studies to be used for human hazard assessment
Perform human exposure and risk assessments and/or monitor human exposure and risk assessments done by 3rd party consultants
Critically analyze, contribute to and write technical reports
Compile scientifically based (cost-effective) testing strategies
Support the businesses in Nouryon for all human health aspects in the preparation of regulatory dossiers
Co-advise on the toxicological profile of a substance or product to RD&I and business



Qualifications
MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Toxicology
At least 5-10 years working experience in the chemical industry in regulatory toxicology
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proven experience in human hazard, exposure and risk assessments for regulatory purposes such as REACH
Experience in human exposure modelling
Experience in monitoring toxicity studies (including higher tier testing) and project management
Experience with IUCLID database and QSARs is a plus

Qualification
Relevant University degree (preferably chemical engineering)
Experience achieved in the area of capital purchasing or in an engineering role that closely collaborates with procurement (minimum 3 years).
Experience from process engineering within the chemical industry; for example process engineering, project management or construction manager (minimum 5 years)
Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are an asset
