We are looking for a practical and motivated Marine Systems Technician to join our growing team working on Uncrewed Surface Vehicle (USV) platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on the installation, integration, and testing of maritime electronic systems on autonomous and remotely operated vessels.
You will play a key role in turning designs into working systems, ensuring that complex marine electronics are installed to a high standard and are reliable in demanding maritime environments.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and integration of marine electronic systems into USVs, including:

Radar, sonar, and camera systems


Navigation and situational awareness sensors


Engine controllers, power distribution, and vessel control electronics



Electrical installation work including cabling, connectors, terminations, and looms suitable for marine environments


Integration of electronics into confined and challenging vessel layouts, with attention to serviceability and robustness


Supporting system configuration, bring-up, and fault-finding during commissioning and sea trials


Working closely with engineers to translate system designs into practical, buildable installations

Mandatory Requirements

The Role
We're searching for a Chief Technology Officer to define our tech direction and lead cutting-edge development. You'll guide our strategy, manage R&D, and keep our products at the forefront of the unmanned systems field. This leadership role involves close collaboration with the CEO, engineering teams, and international partners to deliver reliable, intelligent systems for the future.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Stenungsund office. The role includes occasional travel, including trips to Ukraine to collaborate directly with experts and observe battlefield innovations firsthand.
Key Responsibilities
Define the technology roadmap and ensure it supports company goals.


Lead R&D efforts in autonomy, AI/ML, sensors, and platform integration.

What We're Looking For

Great communication skills and a drive for innovation are essential. Advanced degree (master's or PhD) is nice, but proven results count more.
Ideally, you have existing connections to Ukraine or a strong willingness to travel there periodically. This role requires visits to Ukraine from time to time to learn directly from the world's leading experts in real-world unmanned systems deployment and tactics.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated High-Speed Boat Driver to operate and test our Arrow 600 USV in Stenungsund and across Scandinavian and Baltic regions. We’re now seeking a self-driven Business Developer / Sales Lead to bring our solutions to market and build our sales function from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in driving our growth in Sweden, Finland, the Baltics, Poland, and selected NATO countries.
Your Responsibilities
Drive the entire sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Build and nurture relationships with defense forces, authorities, and decision-makers, primarily in Sweden, but also in Finland, the Baltics, and Poland.
Identify new business opportunities and establish a sales pipeline in selected NATO countries.
Lead tender processes, manage proposals, and participate in demonstrations and tests.
Collaborate with our team to shape business strategy and develop tailored customer solutions.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales to the defense sector, preferably with systems or platforms.
Ability to independently execute complex deals in a defense context.
Strong relationships with the Swedish Armed Forces or defense-related stakeholders (highly desirable).
Experience with defense exports and international deals is a plus.
Good technical understanding of sensors, communication, and unmanned systems.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
