We are looking for a Global CRM Manager to our Surface Chemistry organization, based in Stenungsund or in Chicago. As CRM manager you will be responsible for driving CRM implementation and usage across Nouryon Surface Chemistry. A key part of this role will be to act as a strong change agent across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to drive integration of CRM deeper into the daily business processes. That means to identify the underlying business processes and engage the owners of the processes to drive integration of CRM into these processes. To achieve this effective change management will be crucial. In addition, you will represent Surface Chemistry in the Nouryon Product Owner Council to ensure the right priorities for our business unit in system development.

In this role you will have the ability to influence our way of working and be part of change projects in a complex environment with stakeholders in different departments and all over the globe. You will have the freedom to come with ideas, implement them and make a true impact on our organization. This role will be an excellent opportunity to build a global network in our business unit.


Main responsibilities

• Define and drive the global CRM priorities for Surface Chemistry across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and identify the underlying business processes the system should support
• Define a change management approach and roadmap to a fully embedded system
• Establish clear KPIs/metrics on usage vs targets and defining analytics and maturity assessments level of integration of the system in the business processes
• Develop and maintain user training manuals and quick reference cards of the system
• Chair the key user community. Ensure key users act as active ambassadors of the system and provide training where needed in the business.
• Focal point for gather business requirements to develop new or improve existing functionalities in CRM
• Represent BU Surface Chemistry in the Nouryon Product Owner Council for CRM


Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree preferable within engineering, business or economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience from relevant positions
• Strong background in sales and marketing
• System savy and affinity with data analytics
• Proven success in project management and change programs, strong change agent leading complex projects with large number of stakeholders at all levels in the organization
• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, end-to-end from design through to implementation and delivering results
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
