As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You will:
Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
Support with opening and closing of the store.
Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Som Sales Assistan hos oss kommer du att tillhöra ett mindre säljteam som arbetar väl tillsammans. Vi har ett gott och nära samarbete med vår kundtjänstorganisation och andra supportfunktioner inom företaget. Du får möjlighet att kombinera en administrativ roll med att initiera och driva projekt
Du kommer att se över vår säljprocess och föreslå samt driva överenskomna förbättringsprojekt. Vidare kommer du att stötta våra säljare i Norden genom hela säljprocessen för att säkerställa en hög servicenivå till våra kunder. Det gäller upprättande av offerter, kundavtal, analyser samt underhåll av vårt CRM-system. Erfarenhet av arbete med Microsoftbaserat CRM-system är meriterande.

Kvalifikationer
Kandidatexamen i ekonomi, marknad eller motsvarande
Minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från kundorienterad roll
Erfarenhet av SAP och CRM i Microsoft baserad miljö
Mycket goda kunskaper i Office-paketet (främst Excel och Powerpoint)
Kunna uttrycka dig obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
