Responsibility
We now have an immediate opening for a result focused Plant Controller for our Stenungsund and Kvarntorp sites. In this role you will be based in Stenungsund but also travelling to our site in Kvarntorp approx. one week per month.
Main responsibilities
In your role as a Plant Controller you will be focusing on following areas:
Execution of the site planning and reporting cycle
Analyse actual versus forecasted and budgeted operations cost of the site and other KPI levels and delivers input put to monthly site performance report. Provide proactive support and advice to management on financial and economics topics.
Prepare and provide monthly reports for plant management on operational expenditures, capex and efficiency figures.
Present and discuss operations cost and other KPI’s / financial performance in Kvarntorp plant MT (monthly).
Support Latest Estimates, 5-year plan, monthly and quarterly reporting cycle; provide financial input for quarterly review meetings with plant and ISC Management and deliver operational & cost information as input for economic assessment of plant / ISC strategies and KPI measurement purposes.
Assist in safeguarding that planning and actual reporting is in line with company and BU guidelines.
Ensure completeness and correctness of accounted goods flows.
Monitor invoice processing process within plant and see to timely response by budget holders to invoice authorization.
Capex controlling for the site
Participate as project controller for plant-related investment projects; prepare investment requests, perform economic feasibility analyses, report and monitor progress and control expenditures, update SAP Investment Management Module when projects are completed or altered and monitor expenditures progress during project realization (actual vs. budget).
Participate in projects
Participate in IM related projects (BW, HFM, SAP) when applicable.
Support projects from Non-Finance functions (such as L6S projects) with financial data
Ad hoc controlling support.
Key user SAP and Business Warehouse
Act as key user for site
Qualifications
Master’s degree in economics or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills including fluent English
Ability to travel to Kvarntorp at least one week per month
Outstanding skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Experience in SAP is preferred

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Business Controller and based in Stenungsund, with travels to Kvarntorp.
