Main responsibilities
In this position you will give specialist R&D input to Global Mining Sales and Marketing in Nouryon that are selling products into mineral processing industry especially the benefication method Flotation.
You´re main responsibilities will be:
Global Mining R&D specialist to Global Mining Sales and Marketing in area of Mining business.
Direct Customer interactions and collaborations internally and externally including scientific presentations at conferences.
Identifiy project needs and lead projects accordingly, reporting results to the R&D, marketing and business
Project leader for Mining R&D projects
Independent plan, execute, report lab work.
Report to Section Manager Mining R&D and belong to a team of 6 Mining R&D specialists based in Sweden.

Your scientific/technical approach is needed with a competitive spirit to solve the challenges combined with a right approach to customers. There is a focus to grow the business both with existing products and for this position to lead the new product development project(s).
Qualifications
Scientific degree in Chemistry/Mineral engineering or similar preferably with relevant industrial experience such as mineral benefication, flotation or similar techniques either in industry or academy.
Good Project Leader skills, including good experience as project leader
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Personal skills
To be successful and enjoy working in this role you have excellent communication and presentation skills. We also believe you are selfgoing as a person and an excellent teamworker who adapts and finds win-win solutions through a on the common goal. You also have an scientific mindset that can be translated to practical work.
